ChannelApe is a team of commerce focused specialists who are building a platform to streamline business processes with our pre-built integrations.​ Connecting ERPs, 3PL Warehouses, Sales Channels and more so that brands can focus on building better products. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to grow with us and allow us to continue delighting our customers. You should have a curious mindset and not be afraid to dive deep into the root cause of issues. Your work will cross many code bases, production services, and customers so you should be a quick study. 
Successfully executing in this role may enable career growth into our Product, Engineering and/or Technical Sales teams as our business expands

As a Solutions Engineer you will:

    • Work with our success team to solve customer issues
    • Work with our Product and Engineering Teams to identify new features and bugs
    • Resolve customer issues via email and video conferencing
    • Aid our success team in onboarding new customers
    • Research open customer tickets and determine next steps for resolution
    • Create and update documentation based on customer interactions 
    • Suggest and implement improvements to our support workflows

You should have:

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
    • Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders
    • NodeJS Experience
    • AWS Experience
    • Experience with Git and CI / CD
    • Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle
    • Desire to learn new technologies quickly
