We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Brand Manager to join our dedicated marketing team at Charcuterie Artisans. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products and will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's success in the market. Your primary focus will be Brand Development and Portfolio Strategy. You will play a supporting role in the development of insights, customer presentations, and trade show preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the team to create a well-informed portfolio of SKUs that aligns with financial, business, customer, and consumer needs.
    • Monitor SKU performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for marketing initiatives.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of project outcomes.
    • Monitor project progression, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
    • Support and uphold accurate data management across various systems, including ERP platforms, SharePoint, and artwork approval systems.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and sales, to bring innovative products to market.
    • Translate data into actionable strategies and recommendations.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to the leadership team on brand performance, market trends and competitive analysis.
    • Create and manage persuasive sales materials, including PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, collateral, and planograms.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective tools that drive sales growth.
    • Attend sales calls and customer presentations in support of account owners.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven experience in CPG brand management (5+ years), product development, and consumer insights.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
    • Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis software.
    • Flexibility to travel for trade shows and customer engagements as needed.
