We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, driving incremental sales opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our valued clients. accounts.

Duties/Responsibilities

    • Requirements include a deep understanding of all customer support processes & systems and the ability to navigate changes & upgrades.
    • Respond to questions from customers.
    • Participate in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintain expert knowledge about company products or services to best assist
    • Manage order processing efficiently and accurately to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and capitalize on incremental sales opportunities, as well as win back lost accounts.
    • Handle customer set-up tasks, including managing customer portals and maintaining One World Sync information.
    • Serve as a super user for all order and sales applications such as Deacom, Nav, and EDI, ensuring smooth operations and optimal customer service.
    • Verify pricing accuracy to guarantee precise invoice pricing for customers.
    • Monitor and oversee aging inventory to proactively address inventory challenges and maintain optimal stock levels.

Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Order Processing
    • Internal Selling – Engage with customers to sell incremental opportunities & bring back lost accounts.
    • Customer Set up, Customer Portal Management and One World Sync Maintenance.
    • Super User all order & sales applications – Deacom, Nav, EDI
    • Aging Inventory Oversight

Education and Experience

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support and customer service roles.
    • Strong understanding of customer support processes and systems with the ability to adapt to changes and upgrades.
    • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively and provide a high level of service.
    • Ability to participate in team meetings to develop new communication strategies and enhance customer service tactics.
    • Expert knowledge of company products or services to offer comprehensive assistance to customer accounts
