Position Summary:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring client success by leading them through their onboarding journey. In this role, you will ensure software setup, goal alignment, and ensure industry best practices are met.
This position requires a proactive and inquisitive person who is highly organized and motivated. A Chatmeter Onboarding Specialist has a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering an exceptional experience that sets the foundation for long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

    • Drive projects with urgency and accountability, ensuring onboarding milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
    • Develop, maintain, and communicate clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables to clients and internal teams. 
    • Act as Project Manager for assigned Onboarding projects from Kick-Off to Go Live and align business use cases to product solutions
    • Balance multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution and timely delivery.
    • Ensures that all projects are correctly documented and notated daily. 
    • Work with clients to identify, correct, and advise on how to align business objectives within the Chatmeter software.
    • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; take ownership of follow-through to resolution with speed and precision by working with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.
    • Contribute to internal resources and deliver meaningful product feedback to leadership and relevant teams.
    • Advise and educate House, Small, and Mid-Market clients on industry best practices
    • Conduct Webinar style group training with House, Small, and Mid-Market clients month over month.

Qualifications:

    • 3 years of experience in managing client projects (more than 5 at a time)
    • 2 years of experience working in a SaaS based company
    • BA/BS degree combination of related work experience
    • Training experience preferred
    • The ability to think creatively about, analyze, and understand complicated and abstract ideas.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and adjust quickly when priorities shift.
    • Customer-facing experience preferred 
    • Ability to effectively present technical information (oral and written) and respond to customer questions in one-on-one and group settings.
    • Demonstrated sense of urgency with a track record of driving projects to on-time completion.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to a broad range of requests
    • Ability to understand and support process development, this includes contributing improvements to existing processes. 
    • Strong computer skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new programs.
    • Proficient in data analysis and manipulation with solid spreadsheet (Excel) preferred.
    • Ability to work 40 hours/week during set business hours.
$55,000 - $65,000 a year
The annual salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 plus commissions. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, commissions, equity awards, and benefits (outlined below).
