About the role

As a Compliance Analyst, you will be in charge to work on several topics linked to scheme industry requirements in payment processing industry. You will be directly reporting to the Customer Operations Manager.
You will be responsible for various range of actions linked to our merchant’s portfolio and participate to different projects and help the company to ensure the highest level of compliance with the credit card network industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

    • Collect and report our merchants Payment Card Industry (PCI) information
    • Receive and treat ongoing alerts coming from our monitoring tools
    • Review the work performed by the teams and make recommendations in improving existing procedures as well as performance.
    • Develop your knowledge of Payment industry requirement and share your vision with the customer operations team.

About you

    • Excellent knowledge on Payment industry and the different actors involved.
    • Understanding of Payment processing industry and/or e-commerce environment.
    • 3 years of experience in a Fintech, a Bank or another Financial Institution.
    • University degree in Law (International Law degree is a plus) or Business will be appreciated.
    • Strong collaborator, communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across organisations.
    • Readiness to work with busy schedules and tight deadlines.
