About the Role is seeking an IT Coordinator to join our IT and Security department. Reporting directly to the VP of IT & Security you will provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level ensuring the smooth management of day to day affairs in an effective timely manner. Handling sensitive and complex issues professionally and objectively.

The ideal Candidate is self‐motivated and directed with a positive hands-on and can-do-attitude, willing to work in an uncompromising, high pace, low-politics environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist VP in planning and prioritising day to day activities.
    • Organised and Schedule meetings, coordinate with IT Stakeholders on behalf of VP.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, ensure the involvement of all stakeholders and take minutes.
    • Ensuring all incoming correspondence is dealt with by VP/ or on behalf, or other staff as appropriate.
    • Maintain Office systems, including data management and filling.
    • Follow-up on change approval process.
    • Assist VP and other staff in the team in managing tickets to meet help desk service level agreement.
    • Ensure all staff follow established standard, procedures, processes and guidelines
    • Following on important tasks and deadlines.
    • Assist project team in planning and implementation of special projects.
    • Follow-up on all recurrent invoicing, procurement & pending issues with vendor.
    • Any other duties as may reasonably be required by VP.

About You

    • History of creating productive partnerships between competing interests
    • Proven work experience as IT Coordinator
    • Knowledge of IT management systems and procedures
    • MS Office and English proficiency
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
    • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
    • IT Knowledge will be a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • At least 5 years work experience in business development or partnership management
