From implementation and onboarding, our Customer Success team takes the lead in engaging with our customers to ensure a positive experience using Cherre. The Customer Success team is also responsible for product adoption, customer satisfaction, the customer relationship, renewals, and growth across our existing customer base. 

We’re looking for Solution Architect who has a background in B2B SaaS companies, as well as real estate and/or insurance industry field, to ensure they understand our customer’s operations and success metrics.

We are a remote-first company.

You'll Be Responsible For

    • Developing expertise in the Cherre platform and features - integration, delivery, and client solutions. 
    • Attending strategic client meetings, and leading technical discussions with relevant stakeholders. 
    • Building deep client relationships with senior technical and non-technical individuals. 
    • Participating in discovery and scoping sessions with early-stage prospects, in order to develop a statement of work in a methodical fashion.
    • Helping clients define business requirements, and guiding prioritized data efforts and data strategy to address critical business questions. 
    • Formulating and executing strategies to solve business needs and technical requirements. 
    • Designing end to end solutions that help clients overcome their data challenges and meet their goals.
    • Conducting data analysis, product demonstrations, and ad-hoc onsite customer workshops. 
    • Responding to RFI/RFP requests
    • Creating post-engagement summaries and documentation of the final solution. 
    • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Partnerships, and Customer Success Managers.

Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in Real Estate or in client-facing technical or consultative roles.
    • Data and Analytics Rockstar - well-articulated knowledge in databases, data warehousing, data modeling, and business intelligence (BI) or visualization solutions. Comfortable with large data set analysis. 
    • Customer Centric - experience in enterprise-level customer engagements, and serving as a subject-matter expert by advising on best practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage customer expectations and requests. 
    • Technically Savvy - experience in data querying, data modeling, or database architecture. Proficiency in at least one programming language. 
    • Problem Solver - ability to reach a deep understanding of the Cherre platform, understand common business use case requirements, create a proof of concept for deals, and build out technical solutions. 
    • Strong Communicator - translation of knowledge across diverse scenarios, use cases, and industries. Verbal and oral solution delivery to users of all levels, whether they’re technical or business oriented. 
    • Passion for Real Estate - experienced and knowledgeable about platforms leveraged by Commercial Real Estate firms is a major advantage. 
    • Experience in collaborating with sales is an advantage.
