Chexology is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to manage on site installation, maintenance and repairs of our hardware and SAAS application for our clients. This is a challenging part-time field position during our busiest season. This bright, tech-savvy fixer must be able to commit 10-15 hours/week, including weekends and holidays. Most work will be done out in the field with physical movement across all of our clients' venues. This team member will work closely with the Operations Department to ensure satisfaction of our clients and drive adoption/success of our technology. This candidate will be the reason we can sleep at night: ensuring operations are running smoothly and our ambassadors are able to successfully fulfill their duties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of client issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
- Use quick, logical thinking to diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for hardware and software issues.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.
- Voice and in-person communication with clients, the Ops team, and brand ambassadors.
- Build/progress relationships with venue owners and ambassadors with proactive and reactive communication.
- Conduct spot checks to ensure quality standards and operational success.
- Document knowledge and provide detailed service reports to the Operations Department.
- Respond promptly to Operations Department needs.


- Proven work experience in technical support; Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment and hardware
- Attention to detail and extreme organization are paramount in this position
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
