Lead Development Representative (LDR)

Chiron Health is looking for a Lead Development Representative (LDR) who will be responsible for identifying doctor’s offices that are a good fit for our telemedicine platform (follow-up appointments over video chat). You will be prospecting new business and meeting an assigned quota of “sales ready” tele-qualified leads.

About the job

    • Responsible for screening leads for sales
    • The role will require regular interaction with doctor’s offices and use of Salesforce


    • 70-100 outbound calls a day
    • Identifying key pieces of information about the doctor's office that will be helpful in the sales process
    • Setting appointments for our Inside Sales Representative (ISRs)
    • Updating information about existing leads in our system
    • Effectively managing personal pipeline
    • Consistently tracking to and/or exceeding quota


    • College degree
    • At least 3 months previous sales or customer service experience
    • Telephone skills (as in, not afraid to pick up the phone and call someone)
    • Work together as a team to grow the company and each team member
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong computer skills
