The role
The Customer Operations team at Chooose is responsible for helping our large enterprise partners succeed with their use of the Chooose platform. We manage all phases of the partner lifecycle, from BD handoff and technical implementation through to customer success, renewal, upsell, and expansion.

As a Technical Implementation Manager, your role will be to ensure that new deployments of the Chooose platform are delivered with speed, efficiency, and quality. You will rotate across active implementation projects while working closely with our Partner Success, Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams. You will work to deploy a variety of configurable and customizable enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) products serving our partners’ own internal teams and customers in the B2B and B2C segments.

What you'll do

    • Own end-to-end technical implementations of the Chooose platform for enterprise partners, serving as both technical project manager and primary stakeholder liaison
    • Continuously build and improve the Chooose implementation playbook
    • Assess partner business requirements and technical constraints, then translate these into actionable project plans with clear timelines and deliverables
    • Configure and test platform deployments, coordinating with internal teams to deliver custom enhancements when needed
    • Maintain regular communication with partner stakeholders through detailed project updates and milestone reviews
    • Travel onsite to facilitate technical workshops, troubleshoot complex integration challenges, and ensure successful go-lives
    • Develop deep product expertise to serve as the trusted technical advisor throughout each partner's implementation journey

What you bring to the table

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    • 4-6 years of experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise project management, or technical consulting
    • Technical proficiency with programming, scripting, or software development - you're comfortable diving into new technical challenges
    • Proven track record managing complex stakeholder relationships, including executive-level communication
    • Strong organizational skills with experience developing project management systems and keeping teams aligned
    • Customer-focused approach to problem-solving with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (especially Spanish) are a plus
    • Self-directed work style with comfort managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
    • High availability, and able to travel to work on-site with customers
