Chooose builds software to enable the lower carbon fuel value chains in hard-to-abate sectors.

The Chief of Staff role at Chooose functions as a direct extension of the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting operations across a growing, multi-geography organization and executing special projects.
What you'll do
- Act as a proxy for the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting or taking ownership of a diverse and ever-changing set of activities.
- Lead special projects end-to-end with meticulous planning and execution. This includes internal projects relating to operational process improvement, reviewing net new business opportunities, and vendor evaluation and management, among other areas.
- Support in defining, tracking, and communicating organizational KPIs.
- Enable a highly communicative and transparent culture by supporting internal wikis and facilitating cross-team knowledge sharing.
What you bring to the table
- High agency. Versatile and proactive with a founder mindset, adept at quickly adapting to various roles.
- Demonstrated experience in high-impact, earlier-stage companies. (Exceptional operational experience in consulting and/or finance is preferred)
- You're willing to be flexible with your work hours to support your colleagues and accommodate our global customers.
- Open-minded and willing to evolve the role to meet the organization's needs.
- You're a steady and diligent pacesetter.
- MBA preferred but not required.
- Frequent travel -sometimes at short notice- excites you; you're open to exploring new places
- You have superior verbal and written communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus!)
- Ideally located in Oslo, Norway. Open to candidates elsewhere in CET timezone.

Compensation will be based on experience and skill, commensurate with market rates, and will include both salary and equity in Chooose.
