THE ROLE
Product Manager, Compliance Carbon Products will shape how new Compliance carbon products are delivered on the CHOOOSE platform.

The CHOOOSE platform is tailored for the aviation, shipping and logistics sectors. Organizations in these sectors are experiencing a sudden acceleration of mandated climate action in the form of interconnected compliance requirements and a growing need to procure and manage compliance-oriented carbon products. These organizations are relying on the CHOOOSE platform to flexibly support these evolving needs. 

We’re seeking an individual to lead this quickly growing part of the business. This role will partner directly with CHOOOSE’s largest customers to shape new compliance-oriented solutions, and bring these solutions to market by operating flexibly between CHOOOSE’s Product, Carbon and Commercial teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and maintain a technical, nuanced understanding of the compliance requirements - and associated compliance carbon product procurement - applicable to CHOOOSE customers in the aviation, shipping and logistics sectors. 
    • Work as the key resource across the CHOOOSE Product, Carbon and Commercial teams to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into existing solutions, and to shape how new Compliance solutions are offered on the CHOOOSE platform. 
    • Function like a 0 to 1 Product Manager, building and executing a long-term roadmap for compliance-oriented solutions. Partner with CHOOOSE leadership to resource accordingly.
    • Maintain a robust process to capture and transform customer and market feedback into specific solution requirements against the backdrop of a rapidly changing market. 
    • Function as a trusted internal and external advisor, educating enterprise customers on how to model and manage their compliance exposure through existing and future CHOOOSE solutions. As you go, partner with CHOOOSE commercial team to refine the playbook for bringing new compliance solutions to market, and ensure the right foundation is in-place for repeatable sales processes.

ABOUT YOU

    • 5+ years experience in enterprise software Product Management or technical consulting. 
    • A demonstrable track record of bringing new products or services from inception to revenue in an enterprise context. Specific experience in financial services and/or regulated markets is strongly preferred.
    • High agency. You’re comfortable defining and owning outcomes. 
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
    • Technical degree required. 
    • Open to candidates in CET or EST timezone.
