The Role:
We’re looking for a full-stack Product Marketer. Chorus is in the middle of building a brand new category and providing Revenue Organizations with access to customer interactions and data they’ve never had before. This role will be key in helping us effectively build the category and carve out our position as the market leader. You will be the key liaison between Product, Marketing, Sales and CS, and will help us with full-funnel activities, from perfecting our overall messaging to creating sales enablement collateral, to running customer expansion campaigns. You’ll be the internal champion and voice of the customer to make sure we are always thinking outside-in. This role is based in San Francisco and you will report into the Customer & Product Marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Internal expert on our market and our competitors - you’ll be responsible to gather, analyze and share the information to with relevant teams so we can keep building the most innovative solutions and increase our win rates
    • Messaging & Product Positioning - you’ll be responsible for developing new positioning and messaging for campaigns and product features
    • Collaborate with Product Management to successfully launch new product features & products, manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan, and ensure successful adoption throughout the product life cycle
    • Develop a marketing plan in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support increased product adoption and the retention of existing customers
    • Understand and support our Sales and Customer Success channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and work with Sales Enablement on how and when to use it
    • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to create customer case studies and other forms of social proof

What You Bring to the Table:

    • 5+ years of Marketing experience, 2+ years in Product MarketingOutside-in thinker - you always strive to deeply understand the customer 
    • You’re an excellent communicator who can clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to team members
    • You can seamlessly switch between being strategic and executing tactical projects - you will join a small team that works at a fast pace 
    • Strong project management skills including production schedules, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and agency/vendor oversight
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
    • An energetic and willing attitude--you love to jump in and help wherever you can Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
    • Proficient in Google Analytics and Amplitude, SQL is a plus

Bonus:

    • Salesforce and Marketo experience is a plus
    • Pragmatic Institute Certified is a plus
    • Experience with SaaS and Sales Industry is a plus
