The Role: 
Chorus is looking for an Office Manager to join our People Ops team and support our US and Canadian offices. You will be a champion of Chorus’ culture, passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and don’t mind wearing multiple hats throughout your day. You will also play a huge role in supporting our return to physical offices as we go into 2021. This role will be based in San Francisco and will report into the Head of People Ops.

What You'll Do:

    • Be the main day-to-day support for all office and facilities needs of our US and Canadian team members - both supporting them during this remote period and also when we return to physical offices
    • Own our return to office plans for our US offices (SF, Boston, and Salt Lake City) in 2021 and operate them in accordance with all occupational health and safety standards
    • Be a champion of Chorus’ culture and help our teams stay connected by planning and promoting virtual company events, happy hours, and other activities
    • Collaborate with our awesome Tel Aviv Office Manager to ensure we are keeping the teams connected globally and offering similar perks and programs in all offices 
    • Collaborate with our CTO, People Ops, and Finance teams in the process of pre-boarding, onboarding, and enabling our new hires 
    • Support IT related needs for employees including equipment provisioning/tracking, asset management, and escalating any troubleshooting as needed
    • Manage the relationship with our vendors and be the first point of contact for visitors once we return to physical offices
    • Operate as the EA to our CEO including managing his calendar and other light tasks
    • Assist the Recruiting team with interview coordination or other hiring activities as needed
    • Support our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams in creating and sending gifts to customers
    • Manage any ad hoc requests in support of our teams

What You Bring To The Table:

    •  1+ year of office management or administrative assistant experience
    • Experience supporting an executive’s calendar preferred
    • Experience owning and managing an office move is a huge bonus
    • Proven organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities while not losing sight of attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm; able to build quick and strong rapport with employees, vendors, candidates, etc
    • Team oriented and a strong cross-group collaborator
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
