The Role:

As a Revenue Systems & Operations Manager at Chorus, Inc. you’ll work closely with GTM Leadership, Marketing Operations, and Finance to drive process alignment, build systems that scale, and provide transparency through data for our business. You’ll recommend, scope and implement cross functional process and system changes that have a direct impact on our operational efficiency and top line growth of all revenue lines. You’ll also work alongside team members who are smart and driven, passionate about their work, and thoughtful and caring in their interactions with colleagues and customers.

What You’ll Do:

    • Help brainstorm, draft, implement and maintain our GTM systems roadmap with a specific focus getting ahead of systems blockers that prevent growth and transparency for running the business
    • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to outline data definitions and processes that ensure a smooth and connected passing of information between our Marketing Automation and Sales Automation systems
    • Own work streams within the Go-To-Market plan that deal with our territory strategy, propensity to buy models, and the ad-hoc or regularly scheduled efforts to operationalize this work during hiring and planning periods
    • Own the quote to cash process by implementing systems and/or process that decreases the length of time for our internal deal desk processes while increasing the data fidelity around quotes, contracts, and products in system
    • Collaborate with Sales and Finance to define both internal and external processes about how we support customers who both expand organically on the platform or through contract expansions/ restructuring

What We are Looking for:

    • 4+ years of experience in Sales or Business Operations at a SaaS based company
    • BA/BS degree in a finance or business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
    • Deep experience leveraging a variety of business systems to solve complex problems that drive business outcomes
    • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ChurnZero, and Excel/ Google Sheets
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute proactively instead of reactively and lead a project from conception to completion
    • Strong attention to details and numbers

Bonus points for:

    • SFDC Administrator Certification or equivalent work in Salesforce’s Trailhead 
    • Familiarity with relational databases, data hierarchies and working with structured data outside of Salesforce 
    • Experience with a highly varied and distributed tool stack across the entire customer journey
    • Ability to work directly with Marketing Operations to support collaborative strategy and reporting processes supported by joint system roadmap
