Temporary Account Coordinator

About the Position:
In this role you will assist our restaurant partners by getting them up and running on our ChowNow platform. Your days will be spent managing a high volume of inbound and outbound emails and phone calls while owning the onboarding process and client relationship until the point of launch, when the account is seamlessly handed off to a post-live Restaurant Success Manager. 

Your success will be measured by your ability to efficiently collect client assets and information, coordinate behind-the-scenes account setup across multiple departments, and  effectively train clients on our technology and process. 

This is a 3  month contract with the possibility to go full-time based on performance in the role.  Due to the safety and health of our staff during COVID-19 shelter in place, this role is work from home. We will provide you with all of the hardware you need to be successful, including internet reimbursement.
