Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst you will serve as the analytical backbone of our testing practices. Your primary focus will be to understand business needs and user behavior, formulate hypotheses, and define strategies to map tracking points while determining critical analyses that lead to satisfactory outcomes. You will be responsible for writing clear queries, validating experimental integrity, and rigorously interpreting results. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and behavioral science partners to drive trustworthy, scalable analyses that empower learning and product innovation.
Requirements for this challenge:
Solid experience as a Data Analyst
Solid knowledge on Mix panel/ Amplitude tools
Solid foundation in statistics, experimental design, and hypothesis testing
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and visualization
Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and event-based data models
Clear, structured communicator who can convey complexity simply - in English and Portuguese
Passion for empowering teams to learn fast through trustworthy experimentation
Previous collaboration with PMs and behavioral data scientists
Advanced/Fluent English skills
