Hi, is Laura from CI&T! I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Colombia for a Software Architect position to join us!
You will lead the development of efficient, scalable, and high-quality mobile software solutions. Your mission is to define the software architecture according to business needs, ensuring proper integration between components, resource reuse, and adherence to functional and non-functional requirements, as well as team-defined standards and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design software architecture solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Architect and design reliable, scalable, and secure software systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure the software architecture aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Lead the modernization of legacy mobile applications
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify, prioritize, and address legacy code challenges.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Advanced/Fluent).
- Proven experience of over more than 3 years as a Software Architect or similar role.
- Experience with native mobile apps (iOS and Android)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Nice to have:
- Experience with React and Javascript
- Experience with Cloud platforms
- Certifications in relevant technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of microservices and micro frontend architecture.
