General overview:

We are looking for someone to work alongside digital experience product managers, designers and developers. You’ll be responsible for the overall production of content on consumer-facing portals. You will implement content guidelines, tools, processes, and collaborate with other disciplines on product features and functionality. This includes structuring and applying user-centric content design best practices to wireframe and functional prototypes to improve adoption, usability, and conversion throughout the digital experience. When authoring content you will work with subject matter experts, own the content and publishing process, and ensure the content in content management system files support editorial guidelines and localization best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Content Entry: Enter, format, and publish content on a website using the Content Management System. This includes text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
- Content Review: Review and adjust content to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to the website's style guide, branding guidelines, and SEO best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure that all website content displays correctly across various devices and browsers. Address any formatting or layout issues promptly.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and descriptions to improve organic search visibility.
- Metadata Management: Manage and update metadata, such as alt text for images, meta titles, and descriptions, to enhance accessibility and SEO.
- Content Categorization: Organize and categorize content within the CMS to facilitate easy navigation and user-friendly browsing.
- Multimedia Integration: Upload and integrate multimedia assets, such as images and videos, ensuring they are properly optimized for web use.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to content entry or display on the website. Collaborate with the project management and web development team to resolve issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure seamless content integration and a cohesive online user experience.
- Compliance: Ensure all data and work is legally compliant (e.g. copyright protection).

Requirements for this challenge:

- Experience with content authoring and enterprise CMS publishing. 
- Strong knowledge of portal, web, and digital content management. 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Collaborative mindset, but also effective working independently.
- Experience working with UX teams including content strategy and design (preferred).
- High level of English proficiency.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Contentful and Stackbit.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
