As the Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing complex projects within the banking sector. You will be responsible for managing relationships, facilitating discussions between technical and business stakeholders, and driving the successful implementation of our projects using Fiserv and Q2 products. You will be responsible for managing relationships, facilitating discussions between technical and business stakeholders, and driving the successful implementation of our digital banking platforms integrated with Fiserv's core solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical programs within the financial industry, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Utilize strong knowledge of the Fiserv ecosystem of products and solutions to drive project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective integration of Q2 solutions with other systems and Fiserv products.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive consensus and strategic direction.
- Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory standards in banking.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and make adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Strong background in the financial industry, especially within banking in the US.
- Extensive experience with the Fiserv ecosystem, including a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of digital banking platforms (e.g. Q2, Backbase, Finastra, NCino, Alkami)
- Proven experience in integrating various systems with Q2 and Fiserv solutions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to moderate meetings with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
$80 - $110 an hour
