We are looking for a skilled Data Software Architect to lead data transformation in our organization. This professional will be responsible for creating integration solutions between systems and platforms, considering our current architecture, which includes technologies like SQL, Python and Java.
*The team's programming language is Java, which requires knowledge, but experience with Data, SQL and Python solution design and client discussions are determining factors for this position.
Responsibilities:
Design integration solutions between systems and propose data integration methods, including APIs and other innovative strategies.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and suggest customized solutions that meet those needs.
Ensure that the proposed solutions achieve goals of scalability, reliability, and performance.
Provide technical guidance to implementation teams during the deployment phases of the solutions.
Conduct advisory work with data owners and consumers to ensure alignment on the proposed solutions.
Contribute to data transformation through solutions based on SQL and Python.
Requirements for this challenge:
Strong understanding of APIs and integration methodologies.
Knowledge of SQL and Python for data transformation workflows.
Familiarity with modern data architecture tools such as Azure, Databricks, Couchbase or Snowflake.
Advanced oral and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines.
Knowledge of cloud-native tools and best practices for data governance.
Experience with large-scale data projects and cross-functional team collaboration.
