This Position will be a key member of the Analytics strategy, transforming data analysis to actionable insights that support business growth and product strategies

Delivery of actionable insights for business related to the digital environment.

Web Analytics Dashboards building.

Recurrent Executive Reports about Performance and Customer metrics (Life Cycle, Channels analysis, Customer Engagement, Conversion funnel, Organic x Paid Analysis).

Review Quality and make recommendations for Measurement and data collection.

Analysis development to identify behavioral GAPs and business development.

Metrics and KPIs development to follow up on customer behavior.

Workshop for Analytics adoption and operations

Build Ad Hoc Dashboards for E-commerce and digital areas. 

Review and enhance the event and data collection in the solutions.

Requirements for this challenge

Expertise with Data Visualization, solutions and statistical concepts.

Experience building performance reports for business leaders.

Deep knowledge using Web Analytics Tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe, Firebase, CRMs and CDPs).

Marketing Digital KPIs and Metrics Reports and Analysis (SEO Metrics, Growth Marketing Ops, Product metrics, User behavior).

Teamwork with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Analytics to ensure a solution for tracking. 

Proficiency in English for communication.

Develop training materials and classes for Analytics Adoption.

Nice to Have

Experience with Amplitude Analytics.

Experience with Guides and governance documents development.

Agile/Scrum workflow.
