Collaborate with CI&T to develop internal digital solutions using low-code platforms—particularly Workfront—for a leading global financial client. You will play a strategic role in transforming how end users interact with investment tools such as mutual funds, ETFs, retirement plans, and more. You'll be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology while building scalable solutions in a highly secure environment.

Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

Build and deploy low-code applications using Workfront to automate workflows and streamline operations.

Document processes, workflows, and user manuals for implemented solutions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are translated into efficient digital tools.

Ensure solutions align with compliance, security, and performance expectations.

Previous experience as a Business Analyst.

Background in software development.

Experience with low-code platforms (preferably Workfront) to automate business processes.

Understanding of programming concepts and software development lifecycle.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Advanced or fluent English – you’ll interact daily with global stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.

Willingness to learn deeply about automation tools and adapt to client-specific platforms.

Availability for daily on-site work at our Campinas office is required due to project security policies.
