Position Overview :

As Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication, managing project deliverables, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within our Professional Services Organisation (PSO). This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of client management, project management, and business analysis skills to drive successful outcomes and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and collaboration.
Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to align project deliverables with their strategic goals.
Proactively identify opportunities to add value and enhance the client experience through innovative solutions and services.
Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to track progress and mitigate risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, to facilitate seamless project execution.
Conduct thorough business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, documentation, and validation, to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyse project data, metrics, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimise project performance and outcomes.
Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the project team to leverage diverse perspectives and drive innovation.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
Continuously assess project performance and identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project team to enhance skills and capabilities.

Ideal qualifications and experience :

- Proven experience in client management, project management, and business analysis roles within a Professional Services Organisation (PSO) or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.

This is a full time permanent position and you must have appropriate work rights in Australia to be considered.
