Hey everyone! This is Thai Viapiana, CI&T's Talent Attraction Specialist! :) We are looking for a Java Developer to create robust backend services from business requirements, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.
Main Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into clean and well-documented service implementations.
- Follow design patterns and best practices in the development process.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and analyze issues in code and environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with our DevOps team.
- Instrument services for observability and participate in on-call rotations.
