We are looking for people based in Brazil or Colombia. You will be responsible for facilitating agile development among cross-functional and multicultural teams. Your role will include ensuring that Scrum principles and practices are followed, promoting collaboration and self-organization among team members.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospection.
- Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in providing solutions.
- Work with the client's Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitor the team's progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting.
- Train and guide teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum.
- Serve as a point of contact between the team and the client's stakeholders.
- Participate in creating a healthy and productive work environment.
