I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for a Software Support Analyst, this person will have direct contact with an international client. The ideal candidate has a strong software background.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with ITSM / ITIL.
- Experience with level 2 (L2) support, debugging, Execute SQL queries on the database, analysis and interpretation of logs, detailing and troubleshooting for the production of complex technical solutions, composed of several components, from an important APP;
- Experience with using and creating scripts and service processes; Flexibility to work in scenarios with critical system for the customers;
- Experience with APPs (React or Java).
- Experience with databases (PostGree, etc).
- English for reading and writing, being able to maintain communication with native speakers.
- Spanish for reading and writing, being able to maintain communication with native speakers.
Nice to have:
- Experience with control tools (Jira, Miro, Mural);
- Experience with cloud systems (AWS).
