Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos to ensure team alignment and foster a collaborative environment.
Act as a servant leader providing guidance and support to your team, removing impediments and obstacles where possible.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies in a fast-paced environment implementing the SAFe framework.
Manage scope changes, ensuring agile delivery remains responsive to evolving priorities while maintaining commitment to goals.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align team efforts with business objectives and priorities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members to optimize productivity and performance.
Monitor and report team progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and management.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to navigate complex team dynamics.
Proven experience in facilitation, ensuring productive and inclusive team discussions.
Deep knowledge of Scrum methodologies and experience implementing SAFe in diverse environments.
Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration.
Competence in product backlog management and prioritization techniques to maximize value delivery.
Experience with product and performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in risk management techniques to identify and mitigate potential issues proactively.
Nice to Have Requirements:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum certification.
SAFe certification to demonstrate understanding and experience with scaling agile.
Familiarity with Kanban as a complement to Scrum practices.
Experience in Portfolio management to support broader strategic initiatives.
