At CI&T, we're growing fast and seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, Python, and SQL to extract actionable insights from complex datasets and help our global clients make informed decisions driven by data. Experience with Call Center Analytics and Azure cloud technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Data Modeling: Develop a comprehensive data model for call center analytics tables.
- Data Architecture: The process will reside in Azure ML (AML) and run weekly, generating automated standard reports on predefined metrics related to call center performance and phone ordering. Standard reporting will include top-line metrics and trend graphs built in AML notebooks.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Build notebooks and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Data Management: Write complex SQL queries to manipulate, clean, and extract data from relational databases.
- Python Development: Build and maintain Python scripts for data processing and analytics pipelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to identify data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all reporting and analysis processes.
- Azure Integration (Nice to Have): Support the integration of Azure cloud services into the existing data infrastructure, such as Azure Data Lake and Azure Machine Learning.

Requirements for this challenge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Solid experience as a Data Analyst .
- Strong command of SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking), as you will present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Call Center Analytics.
- Experience working with Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
