Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with Databricks to achieve mutual business goals.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at Databricks, including sales, marketing, product management, and technical teams.
- Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with Databricks and internal teams to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and sales enablement activities.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying and closing opportunities involving Databricks solutions, including providing expert knowledge and resources.
- Enablement: Ensure our team is fully trained and certified on Databricks products and solutions. Develop and deliver training programs as needed.
- Customer Success: Work closely with our customer success team to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Databricks solutions for our clients.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Databricks, expanding our service offerings and market reach.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
You need to have experience with:
- Partner management, business development, or a related role in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships, preferably with technology vendors.
- Deep understanding of data analytics, data engineering, and cloud computing.
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Familiarity with Databricks and its ecosystem is highly desirable.
