At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Game Developer (Unity VR) to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative US-based project in a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
Position Overview:
As a Mid-level Game Developer (Unity VR), you will design, develop, and maintain strategies using Unity3D and C#. You will collaborate with other developers to create interactive experiences in educational modules. Additionally, you will implement and optimize game architecture and design patterns to ensure high performance and maintainability. Your role will also involve utilizing the Timeflow Animation System for procedural animations and dynamic behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain strategies using Unity3D and C#.
- Collaborate with other developers to create interactive experiences in educational modules.
- Implement and optimize game architecture and design patterns to ensure high performance and maintainability.
- Utilize the Timeflow Animation System for procedural animations and dynamic behaviors.
- Create and manage user interfaces, including UI Cards, Palm Menus, and interactive elements.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must-have Skills:
- Expertise in Unity 3D and C#.
- VR and VR integration experience.
- Advanced English (B2+)
- Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in educational game development or serious games.
- Understanding of interactive learning methodologies and kinesthetic skill-building concepts.
- Previous work with animation systems or procedural content generation.
