Objective:
Create visually appealing, intuitive, and functional interfaces for digital products and systems. The main mission is to ensure that the user experience is pleasant, easy to use, and efficient through visual design and interactions.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality visual interfaces, considering design principles, brand identity, and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design elements, such as icons, buttons, and graphic elements, to enhance the usability and aesthetics of interfaces.
Collaborate with the UX (User Experience) team to ensure consistency and integration between visual design and the user experience.
Conduct benchmarking research and design trend analysis, constantly seeking innovations and best practices to enhance interface design.
Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure the correct implementation of visual design.
Test and evaluate the usability of interfaces, collect user feedback, and make adjustments to improve the experience.
Stay up to date on design technologies and trends, participating in events, courses, and communities related to user interface design.
At position map level 4, you can assist in team management by providing guidance, support, and direction for the development of activities and careers.
