At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to the development and optimization of innovative cloud-based solutions in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will lead the development of scalable and high-performing applications using React JS and Node.js with TypeScript. You will build intuitive front-end interfaces and robust backend systems, focusing on data visualization and processing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver impactful features, ensure production stability, and contribute to the entire development lifecycle. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and drive meaningful transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop front-end applications using React JS and TypeScript, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Design and maintain REST APIs using Node.js with TypeScript.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, delivering new features and optimizations.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to meet user requirements and business objectives.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application robustness and stability.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge across the team.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, applying them to enhance solutions and workflows.
Must-have Skills
- Expertise in React JS, Node.js, and TypeScript for front-end and backend development.
- Experience in developing and maintaining REST APIs.
- Proven ability to write clean and efficient code adhering to best practices.
- Knowledge of UX design principles to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical skills for converting user requirements into functional code.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Familiarity with IoT systems, embedded systems, and Tableau.
- Experience or interest in AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai) to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Familiarity with the Agile methodology and object-oriented programming.
- Advanced English skills for effective communication in a global environment.
