At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid Java Backend Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.
As a Senior Java Backend Developer, you will lead the design and development of a scalable cloud-based solution, employing Java, Spring Boot, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations, all while being part of a team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java, Spring, SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL.
Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Create new features and enhance existing functionalities.
Conduct testing to ensure software quality and performance.
Share knowledge and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
