We are actively seeking a highly skilled and versatile Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. In this pivotal and challenging role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust solutions across both backend and frontend layers, ensuring a seamless and scalable Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
The core challenge and exciting opportunity within this position lie in constructing a resilient, user-centric, and scalable DXP that will become the backbone of a highly complex and sophisticated banking website. This platform is at the heart of our digital ecosystem, demanding not only seamless integrations with CRM, analytics, and marketing automation services, but also engaging and performant interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a Fullstack Developer, you will be at the forefront of bridging business logic and user experience, crafting solutions that balance technical excellence with usability and performance. You will drive innovation in how we structure our CMS-powered architecture, ensuring both stability and agility to support evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
Development and customization of both backend services and frontend components for the DXP platform, including:
creation of APIs to serve dynamic content, integration with CRM and marketing automation tools, implementation of authentication/authorization flows (OAuth/JWT), orchestration of personalization engines, and optimization of caching and database queries for high traffic .
development of reusable UI components integrated with CMS data, implementation of design system guidelines, building responsive and accessible templates, integration of A/B testing and analytics scripts, and optimization of page performance (Core Web Vitals).
ensuring smooth communication between backend services and frontend interfaces, leveraging headless CMS capabilities and modern frameworks (e.g., React/Next.js with API-driven content).
Build reusable UI components and responsive templates integrated with CMS content.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
Contribute to the definition of platform architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Support DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployments and continuous delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in both frontend and backend development for CMS/DXP platforms (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM or similar).
Strong skills in .NET (C#) or Java (backend) and JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js (frontend).
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud integrations.
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with accessibility, SEO, and performance optimizations.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Advanced/Fluent English level for interactions with multicultural team and american client everyday.
Desirable:
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
Familiarity with headless CMS and JAMstack architectures.
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with A/B testing and personalization frameworks.
Experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma integration).
Familiarity with personalization and experimentation tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target).
