Position Overview:

As a Software Architect in Brazil, you will spearhead the strategic migration of legacy applications to cutting-edge cloud platforms. Your expertise in .NET or the MERN stack will be crucial in leading projects that modernize our clients' technological landscapes. Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the architectural framework for migrating legacy applications to cloud environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and deliverables.
- Implement and oversee migration plans, ensuring optimal performance and security standards.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior developers, instilling best practices and problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, applying the latest best practices in application migration.
- Utilize Gen AI to facilitate seamless code translation between platforms (e.g., .NET to MERN).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Track record of experience in application development using .NET technologies and/or the MERN stack.
- Proven track record in application migration projects and a familiarity with cloud services.
- Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on organization and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of security best practices in application development.
