We are looking for an operational thinker and doer to join our global Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) team. In addition to working closely with the ESG team on global projects, this role will proactively develop and deliver Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategies, initiatives and policies for our rapidly growing digital team in the United States.
-Align with CI&T stakeholders (employees and subject matter experts) to define and align on DEI initiatives, timelines, and budgets.
-Partner with the leadership of a cohort of Dream Corps Tech “cadets” as they learn to deliver CI&T digital services.
-Coordinate with CI&T leaders to review our policies & procedures to ensure an inclusive workplace.
-Work with hiring teams to define hiring goals and methods to increase DEI representation.
-Align with CI&T training teams to define, promote and deliver DEI content and events to various audiences (clients, potential clients, employment candidates, employees, local communities, etc.).
-Support CI&T’s Great Place To Work (GPTW) annual survey, monitoring DEI scores and addressing opportunities for improvement.
-Assist with CI&T’s social monitoring presence (Glassdoor, Indeed, Linkedin, Comparably, Wikipedia), monitoring DEI feedback and addressing opportunities for improvement.
-Stay current on emerging DEI trends, metrics, benchmarks, reporting requirements, and client RFP DEI queries.
-Ensure consistency in ESG and DEI related language, keeping content updated across CI&T messaging, documentation, policies, talking points, and both internal and external communications.
-Must have a proven track record in working in a related DEI role for a U.S., public, for-profit company for a significant amount of time.
-Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills in English, with both internal and external audiences, and at all levels of seniority.
-Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality and sensitivity.
-A work ethic that maximizes collaboration, flexibility, and agility as you work autonomously and with various CI&T teams.
-Project management fluency with initiating, managing and delivering DEI initiatives.
-Advanced spreadsheet and presentation software skills for data analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
-Experience working on global teams, as well as with local community organizations.
