OBJECTIVE
Lead the creation of architecture and technical solutions, ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of systems. Ensure that solutions are robust and innovative, supporting the growth and evolution of clients' businesses. Become a technical reference for the client, acting as a Trusted Advisor and promoting contract expansion based on effective deliveries and collaborations.
Main Responsibilities/Activities:
Design technical solutions: Develop technical solutions for complex problems, promoting innovation and high quality.
Governance and compliance: Define and implement data governance and systems architecture strategies, ensuring compliance with information security standards and regulations, with support from specialized security teams.
Technological evaluation: Evaluate and select emerging technologies that can add value to projects and the company.
Risk management: Manage risks associated with global architecture and act as an escalation point with key stakeholders.
Facilitation and communication: Facilitate communication and alignment between key technical and business stakeholders, ensuring technological solutions meet business expectations and objectives.
Monitoring and metrics: Define key metrics to be tracked by the project and propose continuous improvements.
Team leadership: Lead teams of architects and software engineers, promoting the adoption of Agile Software Engineering best practices and secure development. Be an inspiring leader for those pursuing a technical career.
Talent development: Train and lead other architects, mapping succession plans and talents.
Technical support: Act as a technical consultant for clients and teams, translating technology into business impact and advocating for technology strategies.
Uniformity and consistency: Ensure uniformity and consistency of architecture and software engineering standards across all squads, promoting best practices and alignment with the company's strategic guidelines.
Contract expansion: Seek to expand existing contracts, supporting initiatives to acquire new clients and identifying growth opportunities for the technical team with clients.
Pre-sales: Participate in the pre-sales process, leading technically and preparing technical proposals.
Team formation: Design, structure, and assemble teams according to the complexity of the challenge, hiring, and managing technical careers.
Cultural Reference: Be a reference in the company's values, motivating and encouraging employees in line with the company's culture, including ESG, diversity, and inclusion practices. Promote a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and compliance with company policies and regulations, including promoting an AI and GenAI-driven operation.

Master the CI&T Value Proposition: An ambassador for CI&T as an end-to-end technology transformation partner.
Implement and enhance automation algorithms and processes using AI techniques to improve workflow, reduce delivery time, and increase operational efficiency. Develop and maintain systems that promote continuous delivery and effective integration of new technologies, aligned with the /Flow strategy.
