We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy to join our Sales team. We’re seeking a strategic thinker with a strong background in technology companies, capable of navigating complex B2B environments and driving high-impact sales initiatives across global markets.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of global sales strategies and go-to-market plans
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership to optimize sales effectiveness
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape compelling and competitive commercial proposals
Align business opportunities across multiple units and geographies, ensuring consistency and value creation
Support the identification of market trends and strategic growth opportunities
Facilitate strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales strategy function
Requirements:
Strong experience working in technology companies, with a solid track record in B2B sales strategy
Experience building and leading strategic sales initiatives at a national and international level
Advanced English proficiency for global business communication
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
Expertise in designing and optimizing commercial models and go-to-market approaches
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level stakeholder engagement
Familiarity with B2B sales operations and CRM/sales automation platforms
Collaborative mindset, with experience working across functions to achieve business goals
Nice to have
Experience with consulting or professional services environments
Working knowledge of Generative AI and CI&T Flow platform
