We are looking for an experienced Squad Leader who has had the opportunity to lead a variety of agile, multicultural teams with close relationships with clients. For this position, Spanish is essential for communication with our client, located in Mexico, and being located in Colombia to better accommodate the time zone. English is essential for all internal communication.
In terms of skills, we are seeking someone who:
- Has experience in creating rapport with the client.
- Has experience in bridging Business, Technical and Process perspectives.
- Has experience in Roadmap and Delivery Plans.
- Has experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Has advanced English skills for communicating with the client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in status meetings.
- Be capable of reporting progress to the client.
- Propose the best approach so the client can achieve their best goals with the required timeframe.
- Comprehend and adapt to a highly fluid environment with prioritization shifts.
- Assisting other team members in developing their skills.
- Structure and conduct Sprints with CI&T teams and Client.
- Working in high-performance agile teams within international contracts.
- Great English and Spanish communication.
