Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for Agile delivery and a solid understanding of Business Intelligence infrastructure? CI&T Brazil is looking for a professional who can lead high-performing data engineering teams and drive value in complex BI environments.
As a Scrum Master, you will:
Coach your team to follow best practice agile ways of working at varying maturity levels
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and team members to help them in their journey of adopting Agile methodology
Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of data solutions.
Guide teams working on data engineering and cloud migration initiatives.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Agile development methods and processes
Assess the current delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the client
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily’s, refinement and retrospectives.
Capture metrics to monitor/enhance team’s performance and agile maturity level
Take ownership of removing program impediments with appropriate escalation and issue resolution
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in data or BI-focused environments.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
Experience in managing Digital development projects from inception through to delivery on a large scale
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP and Salesforce
Experience with teams supporting or migrating BI infrastructure (on-premise or cloud), in particular using GCP and BigQuery.
