Hi, is Verónica from CI&T!I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a DXP Software Architect Position to join us!
We are looking for an experienced architect to lead the design, planning, and oversight of enterprise-grade digital solutions. This role is crucial in shaping scalable and secure implementations that align with technical standards and business objectives. It is expected for the candidate to be open to work with tools and solutions linked to the Java language, but not restricted to it alone. This candidate should have the ability and willingness to explore new concepts, learn or improve their skills constantly. The candidate must demonstrate versatility to work in different contexts. This position requires a certain degree of self-discipline and focus.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Solution Architecture: Design and document end-to-end architectures, including component models, templates, workflows, data flows, and integration layers, ensuring scalability, modularity, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Architecture: Knowledge of architectural patterns and design patterns to effectively lead solutions and technical guidance of the team.
- Network: Knowledge of networks and protocols, strategies to improve performance and security.
- Quality: Knowledge of quality assurance strategies.
- Software programming: Knowledge of high level programming languages and deep experience/knowledge of programming logic.
- Databases: Have knowledge/experience of relational and non-relational databases.
- Familiarity with the concept of CMS.
- Cloud computing: Be able to operate the top public cloud providers, creating solutions that are cost effective and scalable
- Ability to create visual representations that convey information to different types of audiences.
- Experience with functional and non-functional requirements analysis, negotiations and decisions.
- Advanced English for communication.
Desirable
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
- Adobe Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert in AEM Architect, AEM Developer, or similar credentials.
- Knowledge of other Adobe products, such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- AI-Driven use cases: Familiarity with integrating intelligent content features such as personalization engines or content recommendations using AI.
- Agile Environments: Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models, with the ability to align architecture with incremental delivery cycles.
