At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and the business. Your expertise will guide the development and execution of strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive project success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that business requirements are met, and that solutions align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user needs.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to interpret data trends, generate insights, and inform business strategies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and use cases.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that final deliverables meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Project Support: Assist project managers in planning and executing projects, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks.
- Reporting: Create reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project progress to stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and business processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
