Duties & Responsibilities

    • Deliver inspiring digital products that bring our customers’ visions to life
    • Understand customer requirements and collaboratively design native mobile solutions
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary agile teams throughout the project lifecycle
    • Provide expert advice for the design and development of robust and scalable native apps
    • Develop, document and test high quality code
    • Solve technical problems with our teams and customers
    • Contribute estimates for Agile stories and epics
    • Contribute to the ongoing development of our coding standards and processes
    • Work on multiple projects, be actively involved and feature-curious.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • A serious passion for mobile tech and a desire to make a difference through technology
    • Commercial experience developing native mobile iOS and/or Android apps
    • Experience working in a consulting environment (preferred)
    • Sound experience with and a passion for Agile methodologies
    • Comprehensive experience with the iOS and/or Android SDKs
    • Commercial experience with:
    • Swift & Objective-C;
    • Kotlin & Java;
    • Continuous Integration practices and tools (eg. Xcode Server, Jenkins)
    • Integrating with external data sources and API's (REST, JSON)
    • Dependency management tools (CocoaPods, Carthage, Gradle)
    • Source control tools (Git, Sourcetree)
    • Excellent communication skills & a collaborative attitude
    • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at once
    • Friendly, professional, self-motivated with a drive to learn
    • Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience.

    • Highly organised with great time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines for a small team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to develop mobile applications.
    • Develop and implement high-quality software applications.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
    • Work in software development processes based on Lean, Agile principles, and DevOps best practices.

Additional Information

    • Salary Offered: commensurate with experience
    • Benefits: To be discussed during the interview
    • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
    • Shift Schedule: Day (specific hours TBD); 9 hours a day, 5 days a week
    • Interview Arrangement: All interviews are being held remotely through Google meeting.
