Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for web, chatbot and app components;
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve bugs;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and practices;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software;
- Application of concepts such as the Test Pyramid;
- Solution for regression and acceptance testing.

Must-Have Requirements:
Hands-on experience with automation tools, specifically Playwright and Appium, for web-based and mobile applications;
Ability to write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts;
Expertise in API Testing (RESTful APIs, understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, and authentication mechanisms);
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes(Test Design, Test Execution);
Capable of conducting thorough manual tests to identify, record, and document bugs;
Understanding Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how testing integrates;
Advanced English and Spanish levels for conversation.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:
1. Understanding Continuous Integration and deployment processes and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps · GitHub Actions);
2. Experience with other testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) besides Playwright and Appium;
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in an Agile environment.
