Objective:
Support recruitment and selection activities by identifying qualified talents to meet the organization's needs. The main mission is to attract talented candidates, assess their skills and competencies, and ensure a positive experience during the recruitment process.
Main Responsibilities/Activities:
Participate in planning and executing talent attraction strategies aligned with the organization's needs.
Conduct resume screening and preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability for job requirements.
Advertise job openings on various recruitment channels such as job websites and social media.
Manage the selection process, including administering tests, group dynamics, and final interviews.
Evaluate and analyze candidates' technical and behavioral competencies, providing objective and relevant feedback.
Maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about the progress of the selection process and addressing their inquiries.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes by suggesting and implementing enhancements.
Utilize data analysis tools to monitor metrics and performance indicators of talent attraction processes.
Perform other activities related to the People sub-areas.
Contribute to the strategy for implementing AI at the company scale, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that promote the effective use of AI across all areas of the company, seeking to improve performance and operational efficiency.
EMEA Specific Requirements:
Can be in the Campinas Office 2x a week minimum
Advanced english
Ability to work across multi-geography team
