We are seeking an experienced Product Director to join our growing Product team across North and South America. The Product team is responsible for providing product delivery and end-to-end product oversight across the product development.

The Product Director position requires product expertise to lead the product team to define and deliver cutting-edge digital products in a fast-paced agency environment.

Whilst this is a strategic leadership role you will be expected to have a hands-on tactical approach, responsible for iterating and driving continuous improvement across existing products and workstreams

- Providing product leadership in client meetings and interactions, and for internal product teams;

- Defining and leading innovative and creative product solutions to meet client goals;

- Identifying the business and operational requirements determined by the client objectives and bringing together the relevant disciplines;

- Leading Design Sprints and/or workshops with a range of stakeholders and internal team members;

- Working collaboratively with the Experience Design, Delivery, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery;

- Refining our Agile methodology and processes based on results and client feedback;

- Collaborating closely with other agencies working with the client to ensure the ongoing success of the entire program;

- Leading a team of Product Managers and Owners, helping them to develop and grow as product leaders.

- Working on new business opportunities, both small project proposals and larger-scale RFPs.

- Experience in managing a team of Product Managers/Owners.

- A proven track record of creating success for clients across some workstreams/products.

- Demonstrable success in leading the definition, creation, and launch of digital products.

- An excellent technical knowledge, particularly at a platform and integration level. 

- A talent for logically exploring business problems and bringing ideas to the table.   

- A detail oriented individual, with experience in providing clear, detailed, and accurate specifications.

- A strong understanding of BDD and TDD specifications, and their benefits.

- Experience working on proposals and pitches, including those in which there has been a presentational aspect.

- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate the meaning to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and developers and gain respect.

- Expertise in using data and user research to build evidence for decisions. 

- Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.

- Strong knowledge across a range of new and existing technologies and trends.

- Spanish speaking would be an advantage when working with the Colombian team.
