Role Overview:
As a Senior Quality Automation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our frontend (web, Android and iOS) components and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced automated testing strategies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA processes. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong background in both manual and automated testing.

Elevate the automation testing practice by meeting our clients where they are in their journeys towards a better world of automated tests and good practices.
You're a person the team can rely upon for absolute quality. The goalkeeper of bugs. The Cerberus of Quality. You care about not just the process and eventually the strategy to automate a suite of tests, but also the fact that today such processes might not exist. You've been there before, and you know the secrets of manual testing, which you will apply, knowing that we should invest in bringing forth a more mature practice. You will help bring these practices to life, while being the absolute responsible for advocating for the quality. You're usually one step ahead and know about the quality of our products, and you help the team and stakeholders make the right calls.
You will collaborate with development and product teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.
You will ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of our components.
You will mentor and guide less senior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
You apply concepts such as the Test Pyramid to optimize testing efforts. Implement and maintain solutions for regression and acceptance testing.
You will define, collect, measure, and present Quality Metrics for continuous improvement, as well as Uutilize task management tools (e.g., GitLab, JIRA) for efficient workflow management.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Jest) for both backend and frontend.
Proven track record in planning, controlling, specifying, and executing web-based tests.
Strong knowledge of the testing pyramid and its practical application.
Native or very advanced Spanish 🇪🇸.
Advanced English 🇬🇧 communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
Experience in a CI/CD environment and understanding of how QA integrates into these processes.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., GitLab, JIRA).
Nice to Have:
Experience with additional testing frameworks and tools like Jest and Storybook.
Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, SASS/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript).
Experience with React and backend languages such as Java or Kotlin.
Understanding of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and tools like Cucumber.
Experience with mobile test automation (e.g., Appium) and mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
