Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using the .NET framework (C#), .NET Core, and ReactJS to ensure best-in-class software quality.
Mentor team members and advocate for best practices in software development to ensure scalability, rapid changes, and ease of management.
Troubleshoot advanced issues, analyze user requirements, assist team members, conduct thorough code reviews, and implement efficient solutions to complex problems.
Ensure adherence to high-quality software engineering practices, focusing on code quality, testing, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and enhancements.
Conduct code reviews and provide guidance and feedback to maintain high standards of quality.
Communicate effectively and ask clarifying questions when necessary.
Adhere to agile software development life cycle best practices and governance.
Carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience developing applications with Kubernetes container orchestration technologies.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a microservice architecture.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience developing applications on Azure Cloud.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with event-streaming technologies (e.g., Azure Event Hubs, Kafka).
Solid understanding of relational database methodologies and solutions.
Advanced knowledge of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins).
Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
Proficient in RESTful API development and maintenance.
Strong emphasis on writing solid, clean, high-quality, and maintainable code.
Advanced knowledge and experience in software design patterns.
Expertise in code refactoring.
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Elastic Search, DataDog, Grafana).
Soft Skills:
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Ability to lead sessions and conduct software demos in English with customers.
Experience working within an agile Scrum team.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with Kubegres is an advantage.
Experience with Kafka Strimzi is an advantage.
Candidates with experience working at Japanese IT companies or engaging with Japanese clients and customers.
