I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Senior Java Developer position to join us!
Responsibilities:
-Work with a new CPG client to carry out the construction/evolution of the B2B platform and auxiliary systems. To achieve this, it will be necessary to employ the best practices in software engineering and architecture, focused on continuous improvement.
- Structure and pull technical refinements;
- Creation and maintenance of artifacts such as architectural diagrams, etc.
- Support the Squad Leader in preparing the team's planning (by explaining refinements);
- Understand technical needs, actively participating in the rites;
- Bring insights into the development and evolution of a scalable, high-performance solution;
- Support the technical and behavioral evolution of people on the team;
- Make integrations between systems, searching, transforming and sending information;
- Code and structure automated tests (TDD) to guarantee the quality of deliverables;
- Support and structure code reviews to respect customer best practices and quality gates.
Requirements for this challenge:
-Advanced English is required
- Java 17+;
- Springboot;
- Cloud;
- Design and architecture patterns in microservices;
- Development of apis in Java;
- Relational database;
- Development of automated tests using the test pyramid strategy;
- Communication to ensure the alignment of all people on the team;
- Structuring technical demands, as well as refining stories;
- Criticize and seek continuous improvement;
- Fluent English level
- Spanish is a plus
